He coached them through life in elementary, middle, and high school on topics such as friends, ADHD, bullying, anxiety, being responsible and reliable, depression, having a good work ethic, and many other life skills.

Kirk has been a consistent, important, and influential part of their lives. Both boys love and respect him. Kirk tailored lessons to their individual learning style and helped both achieve their goals with violin as well as other activities and the problems that all children face growing up. With Kirk’s approachable personality and sincere love for them, the boys knew they could always talk to him about anything.
